Our policies ensure that every purchase from Hook feels easy, transparent, and fair - just how shopping should be.

Payment mode: Only prepaid orders are accepted.

Return policy:

  • The request of return should be made within 24hrs of recieving the product.
  • Please mail at hook.mishika@gmail.com or DM us at hook.mishika on Instagram for raising request.
  • Returns are only entertained when the product is damaged or not recieved in the proper condition.  
  • Kindly send an attatched video of the product and your issue when requesting for a return.
  • The procedure to return the parcel is to courier it on our address which will be given to you at the time of contact.
  • In case you do not accept the parcel or it is not accepted under any circumstances, the order will be considered as a return order and the following refund policies will be applicable on it.
  • In case you wish for the delivery to be re-attempted in the above case, additional shipping charges will be applied

Exchange policy:

  • If you wish to exchange the earlier bought earrings with another pair then the parcel that you recieved earlier will be considered as return order and the policies of the return order will be applicable.
  • The new earrings that you wish to order will be considered as a seperate order.
  • So you will have to place the order for the new pair, make the full payment, and then your order will be processed.
  • The previous pair has to be returned back and the return policy will be applied.

Refund policy:

In case of any return, some percentage of the total value will be deducted. This deduction will depend on the condition of the product that we recieve on return. The refund will be made in 5 days on recieving the return parcel.

The shipping amount that was charged at the beginning of placing the order will not be refunded.

Shipping policy:

We ship orders PAN India.

The time taken for the parcel to reach your destination will vary with location, national holidays, festivals, national and local events, and weather conditions.
